I built EyeCertPrep to fix that. Every question, every rationale, every domain weighting comes from actual clinical experience — what assistants actually encounter on the job and on the exam.

Current focus is COA preparation. Expansion to cover the full IJCAHPO certification pathway (COT, COMT) is planned with the same structured, clinically grounded approach.
