• Basic usage data (optional): if analytics are enabled, we may collect high-level usage signals (page views, device type, approximate location at the city/region level) to improve stability and content quality.
• Support contact: if you email us, we will receive your message and email address so we can respond.

2) What we do not collect

• We do not request patient data or protected health information (PHI). Do not send PHI to us by email.

3) Cookies / local storage

EyeCertPrep may use browser storage (such as localStorage) to remember preferences and to help manage premium access on your device. You can clear site data in your browser settings to remove stored values.

4) How we use information

• Provide and maintain the service (including premium access).
• Improve question quality, explanations, and platform reliability.
• Respond to support requests and operational issues.

5) Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service (for example, with payment processors and essential infrastructure providers). We do not sell personal information.
