Refund Policy

We want EyeCertPrep to be fair and clear. Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and usage.
1) Subscription purchases
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund prior charges.
- If you believe you were billed in error, email us within 7 days of the charge with the receipt details.
2) One-time purchases
- If offered, annual access purchases may be refundable if requested within 7 days and the product has not been substantially used.
3) What counts as “substantial use”
Substantial use generally includes extensive access to premium question sets or repeated full-length exam sessions. We evaluate usage reasonably and in good faith.
3) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while the dispute is processed. If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, please email us first so we can resolve it quickly.
4) How to request
Email eyecertprep@gmail.com with your purchase email, the date of purchase, and a short reason for the request.
