Refund Policy

We want EyeCertPrep to be fair and clear. EyeCertPrep is a one-time purchase ($49 for 1 year of access). It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

1) Refund eligibility

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us with your receipt details and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund requests are more likely to be approved if made shortly after purchase and before substantial use.

2) What counts as "substantial use"

Substantial use generally includes extensive access to premium question sets or repeated full-length exam sessions. We evaluate usage reasonably and in good faith.

3) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while the dispute is processed. If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, please email us first so we can resolve it quickly.

4) How to request

Email eyecertprep@gmail.com with your purchase email, the date of purchase, and a short reason for the request.
