By accessing or using EyeCertPrep (“EyeCertPrep”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1) Educational use only

• EyeCertPrep provides educational practice questions, explanations, and study tools.
• Not medical advice: content is general educational material and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, employer protocols, physician direction, or formal training.
• No guarantee: we do not guarantee any exam score or certification outcome.

2) Independence / trademarks

EyeCertPrep is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IJCAHPO or any certification body. All trademarks and certification names are the property of their respective owners.

3) Accounts, access, and payments

• Purchases (including subscriptions) are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Premium access may be controlled by device/session checks and local storage in your browser. Do not share paid access or attempt to bypass controls.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish, resell, or distribute the question bank or explanations outside normal personal study use.
• Reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with access controls or the site’s operation.
• Use the site in a way that violates any law or infringes others’ rights.

5) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, site content (including questions and explanations) is owned by EyeCertPrep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limited permission is granted for personal study use while you have access.

6) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeCertPrep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the site.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
