EyeCertPrep is a 1 year access (not auto-renewing) processed through Stripe.

Cancel / Update Payment

  1. Open your Stripe email receipt for EyeCertPrep.
  2. Use the “View receipt / payment details” / “View receipt / payment details” link in the receipt.
  3. You can cancel, update payment method, or view invoices there.
Important: Access is stored on this device/browser (local storage). If you switch devices, you may need support to restore access.

Restore Premium on this device

Paste your Stripe success link (the URL from after checkout) or your session_id (starts with cs_). We will verify it and re-activate Premium on this device/browser.
